This tea is great for soothing cold symptoms. Ingredients include: sucrose, herb of houttuyniae, folium mori, folium perillae, pueraria lobata, herb of pogostemonis, radix angelicae dahuricae, flos chrysanthemum, radix platycodi. Directions: Dissolve 1-2 packets in a cup of hot water and stir to dissolve.
